HEADLINE SLOT AT THE WEDGE!

19th April, 2007

We're really excited about this one, we're headlining the Wedgewood Rooms on Wednesday the 9th of May with the best of the best in the South.

Eve's Only Son, Contra and Satartia complete the line up of what will quite possibly be the greatest night of unsigned music you have ever seen. Tickets are going to be £5 from the box office or £4 from us. Get in touch if you want some and we'll come to you and sort you out!

Chicago Rock Cafe, Fareham - 3rd December 2006

6th December, 2006

What a show - we loved it! Thanks to Humungous Douglas and Contra for playing with us, you made the night brilliant. Also thanks to everyone who turned up, and stayed around to see us too, I think we gained a couple of followers along the way.

Also hoping you like the new ones that we polished up the morning of the gig! "Maybe, Liars and Cheats", "Shiver" and "The Electricity Between Us" were all played and will all feature on our upcoming release due for completion by February of next year. We go into the studio at the beginning of January and are planning a BIG track listing to get that back log of songs out to you all.

Don't forget that if you're up for a chilled out one this Sunday, me and Dan will be down at The White House (Fratton Park) between 3pm and 5pm playing some acoustic beauties. Until then, take it easy all.

The Black Bar - 1st December 2006

2nd December, 2006

Last night we played at The Black Bar in Southsea, great venue put on by those brilliant promotions people that are "The Oberon Project". They're doing a really great job around the local area, pushing all the unsigned talent. If anyone wants a gig, get in touch with Paul - or just come along to The Black Bar (Friday/Saturday) and The White House (Wednesday/Sunday) and support the bands.

We had a wicked time last night playing just about every single song of ours! Hope you enjoyed the new ones we slyed in there, they just need a little polishing now but we hope to have them ready for Sunday at Chicago Rock Cafe in Fareham. Entry is only £2 (as are the tickets - just get in touch with us). First up will be Humumgous Douglas (they have a fiddler!) then Contra (they have an album!) then us (we have Kendal!).

Cheers for putting us on Paul (TOP) and also a big thanks to everyone who came down to see us (Ryan - don't give up the day job!!!)

Getting back together...

13th October, 2006

It's been too long now since we all just got together and took the piss out of Kendall. His snivelling cold (flu?!), his lost love(s), his broken arm... Well it looks like we're onto a winner this weekend with our first rehearsal in months. Time to kick out the jams and create beautiful new rawk! So far the writing is coming easy so all it needs is a pinch of drums, a hint of bass, snatch of granny, whisp of vocals and a drop of guitar work.

The next few months are going to be a brilliant time for us and we hope it will be for you lot too. If you want to find out just how brilliant it's going to be, come to the shows, get copies of our music and have a drink with us at the gigs or just out and about. To be kept informed make sure you sign up to the newsletter, that way, you won't miss a thing.

Take care all,

Paul & the IDST bunch.
